Dr. Çinicioğlu and Dr. Yildirim attended the İMO 8th International Geotechnical Symposium

Dr. Özer Çinicioğlu has been in the organizing committee of İMO 8th International Geotechnical Symposium which was succesfully held in İstanbul, Turkey on 13- 15 November 2019. Dr. Çinicioğlu also co-authored two papers persented at the conference, papers were entitled “ Influence of dilatancy on shear band formation in granular backfills" and " The influence of grain size characteristics on stress-dilatancy and strength relationship of cohesionless soils".   Dr. Yildirim presented her paper entitled “Solution of a slope stability problem resulting from the loading of a levee" at the conference.
